The sourdough bread used for our sandwiches is produced and baked in house.

There are no additives in our bread, just high quality wheat flour, genuine South Australian spring water, and salt.
The dough is proven over 30 hours, prior to baking, using a naturally occurring yeast (the Mother) to
ensure better digestibility.
