Part two Elpis

HI FOODIES!  THE COCKTAILS AT @elpisfoodandwine ARE WELL BALANCED AND CHIC. @kennyboii_99 IS TO COCKTAILS WHAT CHEF @sato.kikuchi IS TO FOOD.

He understands balance and flavour! He understands what is needed in a cocktail to evoke a feeling. 

@kennyboii_99 and I have worked out a system. When I walk into Elpis, I nod at him and voila! My fave cocktail appears at my table, a Yuzutini. 

That’s not it though! Then we have the sophisticated Violet Martini. Ken adds just enough Parfait Armour to this drink just so it’s not overpowered by the rose flavours but just enough to make you want to go back for more. 

Lastly, Ken had me try their  Saketinis. He uses the scrumptious Plum Sake which once again keeps you interested and wanting more. 

Safe to say that Elpis Food and Wine is one of my faves on the @gougerstreet strip! See you tonight guys!!
