We started with sitting outside, with our cocktails while juicy elote and moreish mac n &#8216;cheese&#8217; empanadas were served. I freaking loved it! So much fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were then ushered inside where we were served the following:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fTostones with palm heart and watermelon ceviche &#8211; loved the texture of the watermelon, the freshness cuts through the&nbsp; fried palm hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fBlue Corn Tostaditos with black bean mash, shredded lettuce, guacamole, pulled jackfruit in chipotle sauce, orange and tomato salsa. &#8211; I ate part of this dish. I have an allergy to avocado.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd37\ud83c\udffc\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/1f937_1f3fc\/32.png\">\u200d<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2640\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2640\/32.png\">\ufe0fI absolutely love pulled jackfruit! I actually prefer it to any protein tbh. It&#8217;s lighter, digests easier, has a firmer texture and delivers the same flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fArepa with roasted mushrooms, baby blue lentils and ancho. &#8211; This dish is rich af.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fStuffed Anaheim Chilli, smoked corn cream. &#8211; This dish was next level delicious. Loved the heat and the creaminess of the filling. Serve me a plate of this and I would be happy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was about here that I was so ridiculously full!&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude01\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/1f601\/32.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fEnchilada filled with slow cooked soy protein, poblano, &#8216;cheese&#8217; coriander and cauliflower cream. &#8211; That cauliflower cream was just so full of flavour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2600\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/14.0\/2600\/32.png\">\ufe0fLastly, OMG donuts, Eve&#8217;s undoing, with coconut caramel, apple- mint reduction, stewed apple and cinnamon nice cream.- What a way to end a fantastic vegan degustation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you so much @the_placeoftaste for a great day!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was feeling pretty terrible today however, I have too much respect for my followers not to post. You&#8217;re waiting&nbsp; for it.
